Graduate and Undergraduate Course
Course Description
The “Robiochemistry” course is a comprehensive, academic module that offers revolutionary learning methods of bio and nanotechnology topics, enabling students to acquire research skills during lessons. Using robotics and automation, students can perform experiments and complete research projects remotely through practical experimentation.
The Robiochemistry Course features the following key elements:
Recorded Lectures with Integrated Activities - Learn the fundamental theory with active engagement and participation
Remote Experimentation - Design experiments and then perform them using the Automated Liquid Handler using a laptop
Project Design - Run your own research project centered on the Lipid Nanoparticle technologies pipeline
Course Syllabus
Module 1: From Bench to User Interface
Module 2: Lipid Nanoparticle Engineering
Module 3: BIO-Logical NanoTherapeutics
Module 4: NanoAnalysis & AI Applications
Learning Outcomes
Automated Experiment Digitization: Master the Evo 75 liquid handler by translating manual "bench" protocols into precise robotic scripts using digital logic
End-to-End LNP Synthesis & Analysis: Execute the full pipeline of lipid nanoparticle synthesis, characterization, and cellular application within an automated robotic workflow
Evidence-Based Experimental Design: Conceptualize and conduct research by designing scripts and using AI tools to tackle real-world nanotechnology challenges
Technical Literacy in Nanomedicine: Apply foundational biochemistry and RNA delivery theories through practical, hands-on experiments tailored for modern laboratory automation
